Lane Finch is a Nashville based interior designer specializing in residential spaces. Her style can be described as updated traditional, illustrated by her affinity for mixing classic pieces with modern elements.  Her focus, above all, is making sure each space she creates is not only beautiful and timeless, but truly functional for those who live in it. 

 

Lane’s love for design started early on. A Nashville native, her Mother always took her and her sister to see Nashville’s Parade of Homes each year. She kept a treasured file of notes and materials from each year’s tour and studied the rooms, paint colors and design elements in depth. Unbeknownst to Lane, this began her passion for beautiful fabrics, fine furniture and custom elements. Although Lane holds a BFA from Belmont University, the decade following her graduation sent her down a different career path. However, her love of design was ever present; often helping family and friends design spaces in their homes. In 2017, she began working in the design industry and truly fell in love with the process of forming a close connection with clients and creating custom spaces for their specific needs. In the years since, she has had the privilege of working under well respected designers where this passion was able to flourish and grow.

 

Lane currently lives just south of Nashville, Tennessee and enjoys traveling, antiquing and spending time with her husband Wesley and their dog, Finley.
